Terms of Service
Last updated 23 August 2026
EventUsAll is in development and not yet open to the public. These terms describe how the service works today and will be updated before general availability.
1. What EventUsAll is
EventUsAll is a platform for coordinating events. Hosts create an event, invite the vendors working it, and share one timeline. Vendors see their own part of that timeline. Guests can view a limited read-only version.
We are not a party to any agreement between a host and a vendor. We do not employ, endorse, vet or supervise vendors, and we are not responsible for the work they perform or fail to perform.
2. Accounts
Accounts are currently created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure: we sign you in using a link sent to your address, so anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you.
You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account. Guests may participate in an event without an account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone
- Access, or try to access, an event or information you have not been invited to
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes somebody else’s rights
- Scrape, bulk-export or resell information about other users or vendors
- Interfere with the service’s operation, or attempt to bypass its security or rate limits
4. Vendor information
Our vendor directory is built from information vendors publish themselves. Every record we hold cites the vendor’s own website as its source. We do not copy listings from other directories.
If you are a vendor and want your information corrected or removed, email us and we will do it. You do not need an account to ask.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into EventUsAll — your timelines, your event details, your files. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service: to store that content, and to show it to the people you have shared it with.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. During development in particular, features may change or be removed.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, EventUsAll is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, including losses connected to an event not running as planned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using EventUsAll and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Some records — audit history, and financial records where required — are retained after closure as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We will update these terms as the product develops. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
